My approach
My coaching is underpinned by three decades of experience as a psychological practitioner, and my knowledge of scientifically supported theories of behaviour change, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Coaching. First and foremost, however, coaching is a collaborative partnership. I expertly support clients in setting their intentions; identifying desired actions; clearing obstacles; and moving towards their goals with clarity, courage, and values alignment.
I am an individually accredited practitioner with the global European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As such, I am committed to the highest standards of professional coaching and mentoring, and I adhere to the EMCC and ICF Codes of Ethics. I am accredited by the Animas Centre for Coaching (UK) as a transformative coach.
